last minute NYC

So, here's how the last week has gone down. Lots of frenzy and contemplation.

WEDNESDAY--apply for nyc job.
FRIDAY--nyc job leaves message concerning application. frenzy ensues. a job has responded to my application. omg. book flight out of atlanta for sunday.
SATURDAY--begin packing. realize there are no warm clothes in closet. shop in b'ham. buy banana republic's entire fall/winter collection. consider charging walking advertisement fee. drive to atlanta. little sleep.
SUNDAY--early flight, ugh. arrive in ny. meet suzanne at apartment. margaritas. yankees game at neighborhood dive bar.
MONDAY--columbus day. central park. check out east/west village. check out hipsters. contemplate affording an apartment in the village. red wine.
TUESDAY--interview. contemplate skating at rockefeller center. spend money on red wine instead. and boots.
WEDNESDAY--travel home. tired. continue to contemplate life.
